Securitas relocated their corporate headquarters to a multi-tenanted, Class A building in Parsippany, NJ. The project was a mix of open plan, private offices and lots of huddle space. TCG assisted the Client with all aspects of their relocation including, but not limited to, schedule and budget development, design and construction management and FF&E oversight.
