Hayward engaged The Cadence Group to manage the construction of their build out in Berkeley Heights, NJ. After 20+ years in Elizabeth, this was a big change for most, but exciting, nonetheless. The new office included lots of daylight, height adjustable desks, a large pantry, collaboration areas throughout, boardroom and a reception area.
