Western World relocated their corporate headquarters from Franklin Lakes, NJ, to Parsippany, NJ, into a new, Class A office building.  The project was a mix of open plan, private office, and small amenity spaces.  TCG assisted the Client with all aspects of their relocation including, but not limited to, schedule and budget development, design and construction management and FF&E oversight.
