LAND DEVELOPMENT AND ENTITLEMENTS
Our team can assist you with local, county and state entitlement requirements. We've managed more than 10 million square
feet of land development entitlement Projects, (commercial and industrial) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and State of New Jersey.
SITE SELECTION AND TRANSACTION DUE DILIGENCE
We'll provide analysis of all the options, from feasibility studies and comparative analysis for each property. The Cadence Group will assist the Client and its team with property due diligence, development of the property condition reports, development budget preparation, and purchase of lease agreement input.
